Driving highly skilled applicants for leading architecture and design company

Challenge

We were tasked by architecture, engineering and design giants Arup to help attract quality talent for all aspects of their business including Data Centres, Infrastructure and Planning, and Development. 

Strategy

Focusing on LinkedIn, we used the social channels' targeting potential to reach highly qualified candidates. We based our targeting on:

  • Job industries 

  • Specific job titles which would qualify for the roles 

  • Regional targeting

  • Years of experience

Throughout the campaigns we continually optimised the creative and audiences across all audiences and platform in real-time to continually improve the performance, experimenting with placements, creative and copy to ensure we attracted the the highest quality talent who were both active and passive job seekers. 

Results

Over the course of the campaign we've achieved: 

  • Up to 32% lower CPC compared to our benchmarks

  • Savings for client compared to recruitment agency fees

  • over 1000 clicks to applications pages

  • All roles filled with the high quality candidates, most of whom were not actively seeking new roles.
